For me it's the SAUNA baby!!

I've tried both the sauna and steam room, however the sauna is by far my favorite.
I find the dry heat to be very relaxing and soothing to my muscles after a workout.
My sweating is more intense in a sauna than in a steam room and it's also easier to BREATH in the sauna!
The smell of chlorine in the steam room at my local gym is just gross. I like using aromatherapy in the sauna for added relaxation.
But even without the aromatherapy, the woodsy smell in the sauna is nice.
