Full Steam Ahead by far...................

Well I used to get sick every winter especially after breathing hard outside, then I would get a cold which would more often then not lead to pneumonia.

Then I would have a bad cough for a month or 2 until I had to seek medical attetion to get antibiotics. I sound like a sickly individual, but actually am very healthy biking 5000k a year and am slim 6'1".

So I went to a spa one day and they had a steam room, I had never been in one before, boy oh boy I was hooked after that. The benefits I had were instant and life lasting.

Long story short, I now have a 7.5kw steam room in my house, I never get sick anymore, and I mean never (not a figment of my imagination). The cost of 5000k or so has been worth every penny, and my health has never been as good.

Purifying, detox, but I do not get sick anymore, but the trick (if you feel that you are getting sick) is to go in twice a day for about a week, so one trip to your local spa will not cut it, that is why having this ultimate luxury in your house makes all the difference. (I use my steam room about 5-6 times a week).

Get a steam room and say goodbye to colds and flus and the like.
