I prefer steam room

I enjoy the steam room much more than the sauna because of the basic differences between the two. I prefer moist heat versus dry heat.

Living in the Southern US, I don't experience dry heat very much so, in my not so humble opinion, my body isn't "conditioned" to accept this type of heat.

It is not unusual for the humidity level during the summer to be in the 70% range.
