I use it to steam room increase every aspect of my physical being.

I workout hardcore (5-7 days a week) for swimming, whether it be the exhausting weight lifting or just swimming lap after lap... I have taught my mind to ignore the lactic acid build up in my muscles to make sure I complete my workouts.

Having said that, sitting in the steam room SIGNIFICANTLY improves my recovery rate, breathing, and relaxes my mind/body, it's like a sanctuary! It is what put me ahead of my peers as a scholar and an athlete.

As well as the former statement, once I started my routine workout my mild acne cleared up 100%.

High repetition upper body workout + running + pool + steam room will put your body and mind in amazing shape.
