I work out 3-4 times a week, and take advantage of the steam room after every workout. It helps me relax and unwind from an upbeat and good workout.
I find it is also amazing for soothing tense muscles, and assists in decreasing the sore feeling the next day!
I also suffer from anxiety and mild depression so I find that the mental health aspect is VERY TRUE! I am looking into getting one installed in my home! :)
