It's a Lifestyle!

by Roger Ashton
(Edmonton, Alberta, Canada)

I have my own steamroom in my home and I can't imagine being without one. I'm in it every second day for sure.

I sit for 15-20 minutes, then get out and cool down. After a break I go back in etc. I do this 3-4 times then shower up.

The heat and the solitude are so relaxing. If you've indulged a little too much the night before, a steam will straighten you out quite quickly.

I'm a die-hard smoker, have been for 40 years and have no intention of quiting.
I have none of the wheezing or coughing usually associated with this bad habit.

I honestly believe that my regular steambathing has nullafied the effects of smoking on my respiratory system to a certain degree.

As far as I'm concerned, you can have your hot tubs and saunas. They don't come close to the benefits of a good steamroom!!
