In 2008 I suffered from being tired and sleeping 18 hours a day.
My bp would bottom out and I felt really bad. I started to exercise and felt a little better...but, when I discovered my gym had a sauna..I started doing about twenty minutes four times a week...I felt better..much better,
my skin started looking better, my energy level began to rise and I have never felt better. I have always been prone to illness and I believe the sauna has improved my circulation and my skin and energy levels and the best part is it is so relaxing and helps me feel less stressed!
