sauna user 30 minute intervals
After lifting weights I get in the sauna for 30 minutes.
The benefits I have experienced are, takes soreness from muscles, aids in my recovery, relaxes me, cleanses my skin, removes acne, aids in liver and kidney function.
I have regular bowel movements, at least 3 times a day. If I need to release stress, I get in the sauna prior to working out.
I am planning to buy one for my home.
Before using a sauna, I was very stressed, I had acne on my face, my skin overall was dry, had bumps on it, I was tired after workouts.
But now all of that is gone.
