Sauna vs. Steam Room

Do you prefer a sauna or a steam room?

Me personally?

I love both, but I prefer the sauna.

For one, the dry sauna heat is more comfortable to me. Steam room heat feels so much more intense!

I also enjoy the smell of wood in a sauna. It adds something extra to the whole experience.

Now, what about you??

Which one do you like best?

Please share your reason(s) for your preference.
