As a very active 19 yr old I workout on a regular basis. The thing that I like to do that most lifters don't usually do is get in the sauna for about 20 minutes every other day.

It always seems to make me feel healthier, and more fit the next day. The thing is that most people think that if you just get in the sauna it will be enough.

Facts show that you should work out as well to receive more results. I highly recommend getting in the sauna nearest you for a healthier lifestyle.
