Use Steam Room for my skin and muscles

I work out MOnday -Thursday 6-9pm. After my work out, which includes a full court 5 on 5 Basketball game and Free weights for upper body, I go to the Steam room for 10 minutes and OMG it feels like it drained every drop of sweat out of my skin.
No soreness from my muscles and it feels very healthy. Not to mention Stress does not exist after my work out.
